They build the houses with such substandard material that their houses are downright safety hazard! Their modus operandi is to entice gullible buyers by pricing their houses about 10K less than the major builders. Once the buyer is trapped in, then the hell begins. The buyer ends up wasting 5-10 K every year in repairs, because their warranty department is another joke. On top of that the houses have zero resale value because of the safety issues. Take my advice, and pay an extra 10K and buy from some reputable national builder.

I was told that my sewer line had collapsed 10 feet under ground and that it was the citys problem to fix, not the builder, and to contact the city. I contacted the city and they informed me that it was indeed not the fault of the city but in fact the problem of the builder. Yes my brand new home never had a sewer line installed. They formed the HOA board out of the builder, Suresh Shirdharani, his family member C. Starr Shirdharani, and an employee, Lisa Rocha(a.k.a Lisa Newton). In a world full of craziness and happiness, democrats and republicans, we started our journey in 1978,when we built our first home in Waxahachie. The bathroom fixtures are missing and my front door knob just twisted off in my hand, shall I keep going?? They left two pile of bricks in front of my hot water heater which the plumber intructed me that it was a hazzard and he was going to have Sumeer move them. They left broken bulbs in my light fixtures, and I can justn go on and on and on.
